The Grounds Guest Policy

As The Grounds member, you are welcome to invite guests into our coworking space, subject to the following rules, and depending on membership or booking type:

If you have are a fixed desk or private office member, you may host guests in connection with a meeting room booking or in your private office space, provided that you do not exceed the meeting room or private office capacity at any time.

If you are a Hot Desk Member, you must have a meeting room booked to host guests. You can book meeting rooms via our front desk. The number of guests permitted is limited to the capacity of the booked meeting room or private office. The guests will be permitted to access the premises only during the booking period.

Pre-register your guests before arrival to optimize their experience. Guests will need to sign in at the front desk upon arrival. Please make sure the guest brings their government-issued photo ID to check-in.

As a member, you are responsible for all actions conducted by your guests. You are required to be present in the building when your guests visit. Guests are not allowed in the building if the member is not there to meet them.
