WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?

We are located at the UG Floor, The Hills, No 8, Jalan Bukit Mata, Interhill Place, 93100 Kuching, Sarawak, Malaysia.

WHAT ARE YOUR OPERATING HOURS?

Monday–Friday | 9 AM–6 PM
Saturday & Sunday | Upon Request

We are not open 24 hours.

IS THERE PARKING?

Yes, we do!

Our monthly parking fee is RM72 per vehicle plus a
RM50 set up fee.

CAN I STOP BY WHEN I’M IN THE AREA TO VIEW
THE OFFICES OR DO I NEED TO MAKE AN
APPOINTMENT?

If you wish to drop by for inquiries and oculars, it is always best to make an appointment beforehand—but we also welcome walk-in guests (attended to on a first-come, first-served basis).

WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT TERMS?

Depending on the Membership Agreement term, we require two months security deposit and one month of advanced rent.

CAN I USE THE GROUNDS AS MY BUSINESS
ADDRESS?

Absolutely! That’s one of the perks of getting our Fixed Desk and Private Office at The Grounds— having a prestigious business address in the heart of Kuching City Centre.

WILL THE GROUNDS ADVERTISE OUR SERVICE?

Yes—with your approval, we can post your services on our social media accounts. Don’t forget to follow us on Facebook and Instagram!

CAN GUESTS VISIT ME AT MY PRIVATE OFFICE?

For groups of guests, please book the meeting rooms so as to not disturb your The Grounds neighbours. All guests must be registered at the Reception Desk.

IS THERE PHONE SERVICE FOR PRIVATE
OFFICES?

Our member may use the phones located at the Reception Desk & Co-Working space for all local calls. If you require a phone in your private office, we can assist you and coordinate with the service provider in order to set up a phone line. Please note that all charges are shouldered by the client.

WHAT IF I WANT TO EXPAND MY OFFICE LATER
ON?

We’re happy to help companies and teams that are expanding their businesses. Multiple offices may be leased and in certain cases, offices may be remodeled into adjoining spaces to accommodate larger groups at the cost of the client.
